Trail Pipe - Toyota Tacoma 4th Gen

$89.00

Product Description

Built for the trails, the Pace Adventure Works Trail Pipe replaces the bulky rear section of the factory exhaust to dramatically improve ground clearance and departure angle without creating excess noise. Designed to retain the center muffler, it keeps cabin volume comfortable while removing nearly five feet of restrictive tubing and the low-hanging rear muffler assembly.

Each unit is crafted from 304L stainless steel, featuring mandrel-bent 2.75-inch, 16-gauge tubing for unrestricted flow and a turned-down, horizontal slash-cut tip for a clean, purposeful look. Every assembly is TIG welded by hand, with a 3/8-inch laser-cut flange, 12mm solid bar hanger, and laser-engraved (not just etched) Pace Adventure Works logo ensuring durability and a premium finish that stands up to off-road abuse and the elements.

At just 10 inches long, the Trail Pipe is a simple, bolt-on solution that adds function where it matters most - letting your Tacoma clear obstacles with confidence while maintaining OEM-level fit and sound refinement.

Trail Pipe FAQ

What years and trims does this fit? The Trail Pipe is designed for the 2024+ Toyota Tacoma 4th generation. It is a direct bolt-on replacement for the rear exhaust section.

Will this make my Tacoma louder? The exhaust is not significantly louder than stock, but you may notice a small tone variation at cold starts and low RPMs. The Trail Pipe is designed to retain the center muffler, which maintains OEM-level cabin volume. The goal is ground clearance improvement, not a performance exhaust note.

How much ground clearance does this add? The Trail Pipe removes nearly five feet of low-hanging rear exhaust tubing and the rear muffler assembly that sits below the rear bumper. This adds up to 6" of clearance, and dramatically improves departure angle at the rear of the vehicle.

What is it made of? 304L stainless steel, mandrel-bent 2.75-inch 16-gauge tubing, TIG welded by hand. The flange is 3/8-inch laser-cut and the hanger uses 12mm solid bar stock.

Is this a bolt-on install? Yes, it is a direct bolt-on fit using the factory flange location. No cutting or welding required.

Does it include a logo? Yes, each unit features a laser-engraved Pace Adventure Works logo.

Does removing the rear muffler affect emissions or pass smog? The Trail Pipe does not modify or remove any emissions control components and is suitable for use in all 50 states.
