Refund policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders for in-stock items cannot usually be canceled once placed.

  • Orders that have not shipped may be canceled by emailing gregan@paceadventureworks.com.

  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Shipment Refusals

  • Refused/undeliverable packages are processed as standard returns.
    All shipping costs, return freight, and carrier fees will be deducted from the refund.

  • International returns: duties, taxes, and fees will also be deducted.

Address Changes

  • Once processed, address changes are not guaranteed.

  • If rerouting is successful, an $18 carrier fee + any additional shipping will be charged.

Defective Items & Warranty

Wrong Product Received

  • Email photos of the incorrect item and packaging within 5 business days to gregan@paceadventureworks.com.

  • You must verify fitment before installation.

  • Installation/labor/paint/shop fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including warranty coverage.

Missing Parts

  • Report missing parts within 5 business days with photos of what you received and the part label.

  • Do not install products with incomplete parts.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct, current shipping address.

  • Packages marked delivered but not received must be reported within 24 hours.
    A police report may be required before the carrier will open a claim.

  • Carriers require a 3-business-day waiting period before missing-package claims can be filed.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping costs (including “free shipping” promotional orders, which will be deducted from the return balance)

  • Labor or third-party shop fees

Returns

All returns require an RMA. Packages without an RMA will not be processed.

  • Request an RMA within 30 days of receiving your product by emailing gregan@paceadventureworks.com.

  • Returns must be shipped within 30 days of RMA issuance.

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original manufacturer packaging.

  • Installed or used products cannot be returned.

  • Up to 30% restocking fee may apply based on condition.

  • Original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Kits must be returned complete—partial kits or parts missing items are not accepted.

  • Item should be packed securely for return shipping. Do not ship items using only the manufacturer’s packaging. Damaged items may be refused or subject to restocking fee.  

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/special-order items

  • Clearance, discontinued, scratch-and-dent items

  • Apparel

  • Gift cards. These sales are final and not eligible for return or refund unless required by law.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if all RMA requirements are met.

  • Allow up to 10 business days after receipt for inspection and processing.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • International returns: duties, taxes, and fees will be deducted.

  • Currency conversion differences may affect refund amounts.

  • Shipping charges are not refunded.
