About Pace Adventure Works
Who We Are
Pace Adventure Works is a Utah based product development studio focused on turning strong ideas into functional, well engineered products. I take the discipline of professional product development and combine it with the agility and creativity of a small maker studio. My work spans custom prototypes, one off parts, functional accessories, engineering consulting, and small batch manufacturing, serving both small business startups and aspiring hobby creators.
With more than a decade of experience leading product development teams for established automotive brands, I understand what it takes to bring an idea from concept to production. Good design matters. Proper engineering and documentation matters. Real world testing matters. That philosophy guides every project that comes through my hands.
What We Can Do
- Design - Our partnership usually starts with solving a problem. You have an idea for a new product, or you need something designed to fit your exact situation instead of adapting something that is already on the shelf. This custom, build-from-scratch approach is where I love to be. From CAD modeling to material selection, I focus on creating parts and products that are functional, manufacturable, and aligned with your goals.
- Prototype - Rapid prototyping is done in-house. With tools like high temp 3D printing, a desktop CNC, and tig welding, I can develop, test, and refine ideas quickly. Real parts in hand always tell a better story than drawings alone, and my process is built around fast iteration to get us there. If it's too big or too complex to be done in-house, I have established contacts to get prototypes made with tight tolerances, affordable prices, and quick turnaround.
- Build - When it is time to build, I approach every part with your needs in mind. Whether it is a small batch run of components or a one off custom part, I focus on detail, function, and long term durability. I can also connect you with long-term production partners that will help you take your idea to the next level.
- Consulting and Services - Beyond hands on fabrication, I love to support creators, small businesses, and growing brands with engineering insight, product and brand strategy, and design guidance. If you need direction on how to bring a product to life, choose the right manufacturing path, or align your branding with your build, I can help.
My Story

I’m Gregan Pace, founder of Pace Adventure Works. I grew up tinkering, building, and taking things apart to understand how they worked. That eventually evolved into a deep dive into automotive modification and motorsports, which shaped the direction of my career.
For more than ten years I have worked in product development, brand management, product management, and engineering leadership roles in the automotive performance industry. I have led teams, designed hundreds of products, launched full product lines, and built systems for R&D, market analysis, and product strategy. Along the way, I have also built a wide range of personal projects like intensive car and motorcycle builds, EV go karts, custom wrist watches, and even gold jewelry, all driven by curiosity and a love for creating.
Pace Adventure Works is the place where all of that experience comes together. It is a small studio focused on meaningful work, thoughtful design, and craftsmanship that reflects the pride and purpose behind every project. I especially love working with fellow passionate creatives, supporting your ideas with the technical lift to turn them into reality.
