Pace Adventure Works – 1-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Pace Adventure Works products are warrantied to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic changes from use (scratches, dents, abrasions, discoloration from heat, etc.)

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or accidents

Performance parts naturally wear over time, and these signs of use are not considered defects.

If a product is determined by Pace Adventure Works to have a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion, subject to customer acceptance.

Warranty coverage applies to customers in the United States and Canada.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights; you may also have additional rights depending on your state or province.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

Contact us at gregan@paceadventureworks.com with the following information:

  • Your name and contact details

  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue

  • A copy of your receipt or invoice

  • A description of the concern

We will review your information, determine eligibility, and guide you through the next steps.

Shipping Items for Warranty Inspection

If the product needs to be returned for inspection:

  • The customer is responsible for all inbound shipping costs

  • Shipping must be prepaid

  • We strongly recommend insuring the package

  • Pace Adventure Works is not responsible for lost or damaged inbound shipments
