Laser engraving at Pace Adventure Works is focused on clean, precise, and permanent results. Using a 50 watt fiber laser, we can engrave metals, remove coatings, cut thin materials with extreme precision, and customize parts with crisp detail. This service is ideal for branded products, custom accessories, serialized parts, and anything that needs a high quality mark that will not wear away.

We work with aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, gold, leather, and most non-transparent plastics up to a working area of 150 by 150 millimeters. The laser can easily remove paint and powder coat from metal surfaces for clean logo placement or labeling. It is also capable of both light etching and deep engraving depending on your needs. Whether you want a subtle surface mark or a bold, tactile design, we can dial in the settings for the exact look you want.

We can work with your existing files and accept most common formats including JPG, PNG, DXF, SVG, and vector artwork. If your project needs a custom design, layout, or logo, we also offer design support for an additional fee.
