3D scanning at Pace Adventure Works is designed to capture accurate digital models of real parts, surfaces, and assemblies for reverse engineering, product development, or custom fitment work. Using an engineering focused scanner, we can capture complex geometry with a resolution range of approximately 0.1 to 0.2 millimeters. This is ideal for parts that need precise measurement, accurate curvature, or detailed surface replication.

Scanned data can be used for CAD recreation, feature identification, mounting point location, and design validation. When paired with our product design service, we can generate complete models, create new parts that fit existing assemblies, or build components that integrate tightly with unusual or organic shapes. If you have a part with unclear geometry or something that is difficult to measure by hand, scanning is the safest and most reliable way to capture it.

Scanning can be completed in our shop or on site. For larger items or clients who prefer not to transport parts, we offer a mobile scanning service and can drive to your location. Whether you need a one off scan for a single part or multiple scans for a full project, we can help you capture the data accurately and convert it into usable 3D models.
